      The current presiding Magistrates at Bankstown Local Court are His Honour Magistrate McAnulty and His Honour Magistrate Walsh.

      Prior to his appointment to the bench, Magistrate Walsh was a barrister.

      Before coming to the bench, Magistarte McAnulty worked as a police officer and then a police prosecutor.

      Is there a Justice of the Peace (JP) at Bankstown Local Court?

      There is no JP at Bankstown Local Court. However, there is a JP every Tuesday between 10am to 12noon at Bankstown Library and Knowledge Centre. This is located at 80 Rickard Road, Bankstown. You can reach them by phone on 9707 9708.
