      How do you get to Belmont Court House?

      Belmont Local Court is situated on the corner of Macquarie Street and the Pacific Highway.

      If you are driving from Sydney, it will take roughly 90 minutes to arrive at the Court House. You can also take a train service to Booragul Railway Station.

      The Belmont Local Court List sets out the time, date and location of all court matters up to three weeks in the future, and one week in the past.

      Who is the Magistrate at Belmont Local Court?

      The current presiding Magistrate at Belmont Local Court is His Honour Magistrate Stephen Olischlager.

      Prior to his appointment as a Magistrate, His Honour was an Assessor in the Local Court’s Small Claims Division.
