The current presiding Magistrates at Fairfield Local Court are His Honour Magistrate Theo Tsavdaridis and her Honour Magistrate Suzanne Seagrave.
Prior to his appointment to the bench, Magistrate Tsavdaridis was private solicitor for 13 years. He was also part of the Law Society’s professional conduct committee.
Magistrate Seagrave has been on the bench for over ten years and is one of the most experienced Magistrates in New South Wales.
