      Who are the Magistrates at Gosford Local Court?

      The current presiding Magistrates at Gosford Local Court are His Honour Magistrate Peter Barnett, Magistrate Peter Railton and Magistrate Elizabeth Ellis.

      Before his appointment to the bench, Magistrate Barnett worked as deputy senior crown prosecutor at Newcastle.

      Magistrate Railton is very experienced, having been on the bench for several years.

      Magistrate Ellis is a long-serving Law Society’s mock law program volunteer.

      Her Honor Judge Tanya Bright is the current presiding Judge at Gosford District Court.
