      How do you get to Blacktown Court House?

      Blacktown can be reached by bus or train. The Court is a short walk from Blacktown Train Station.

      If you are driving, the ‘M4 motorway’ can be used to get to Blacktown. The courthouse is across the road from WestPoint Shopping Centre. There is parking available in the shopping centre.

      Who are the Magistrates at Blacktown Local Court?

      The current presiding Magistrates at Blacktown Local Court are Her Honour Magistrate Swain and His Honour Magistrate Van Zuylen.

      Prior to his appointment to the bench, Magistrate Van Zuylen worked for Legal Aid NSW as a managing lawyer.

      Magistrate Swain was appointed to the bench after being a Crown prosecutor for a number of years.
